Symbol in Manage Org Members

I assigned a license to a new user and the user has accepted the invite and created a SmartBear account.  When I go under the Manage Organization Members to make this new user an Administrator, there...

Is it better to re-invite from the Manage Org Members section or under the License Seat section?

I can't remember exactly, but I suggest to try either, to see which one works. If you still have issues, then I suggest getting in contact with your SmartBear Representative as opposed to opening a Support Ticket.

Also, refer to SmartBear Admin
