cannot upload a spread sheet which has multiple rows into variables

Question

Please find the above screen shot which is throwing an error while uploading spread sheet which has multiple rows.

we have tried with 64 Bit installation and 32 Bit installation no luck.

can you please check whats the issue and how to resolve that??
