cannot upload a spread sheet which has multiple rows into variables

Please find the above screen shot which is throwing an error while uploading spread sheet which has multiple rows. we have tried with 64 Bit installation and 32 Bit installation no luck. ...

Read https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/OLE_DB. Seems like you are missing Microsoft Access Database Engine 2010 Redistributable as indicated by the message.
