Broken log file

Last night test-run I got results as above icon.
Seems&nbsp;this is problem of log file creation.
&nbsp;
This project have number of test groped to 11 batches.
End of each batch mail is sent with logs.
&nbsp;
eMail for 6th batch was sent and when double click above log icon can see logs up to end of batch 6.
But when gone through log file location (in windows explore) I could see batch 7 also run.
I can see those by date stamp and images related to batch 7.
&nbsp;
I don't have clue of what went wrong. I strongly suspect clues are in side batch 7 logs.
is there anyway to recover&nbsp;&nbsp;batch 7 logs. (in side TC)?
It is in kind of XML format but not useful&nbsp;

That icon indicates that, for some reason, the execution of the test was interrupted so some log information that may have been cached in memory but not written to disk may be lost.&nbsp;&nbsp;

If you have the batch 7 files and can't open them or read them, then I would contact Support.&nbsp; They may have something magic that can do that.
