Black area on Property Checkpoint Picture from test log

Hi,   Can somebody help me how to remove/prevent this black area on my property checkpoint. I would like to get the picture of the whole report.   It is a report that goes all the way to the bott...

Hi,

 

Is your application web-based or desktop one?

For web pages TestComplete should scroll them automatically when taking snapshots while for the desktop only portion visible at the moment in the window is captured.
