Automating GUI Tests on Virtual Servers

Hello I am new to the TestComplete software and do not write code in TC7. I am helping our testers setup an environment where we can run our GUI tests for a web application nightly after building said application.

Our setup:

VersionControl: TFS 2008

TestComplete version: 7.51.667.7 Enterprise

Virtual Server: Virtual Server 2005 R2 with Windows Server 2003 O/S installed on the Build Agent machine

Here is what I am wanting to do:

Using TFS/MsBuild I want to take our testing code, copy it to a VirtualServer that has TestComplete (or TestExecute) installed and run these GUI tests. The tests will run our Install products in order, then attempt to open each tab in our web application. I added the Network Suite dll to each one of these projects and I can do this from my local machine with the VirtualServer setup as a Host. The problem is that I set the VS up as a build agent, then copy the files to it. and try to run the TC project from within the build. Since there is no real "session" the GUI tests do not execute. Ive noticed other people asking how to do this from an automated build but havent seen a definitive answer. I have emailed support but havent received any response as of yet. TFS is not installed on the Virtual Server I am using as a Build Agent.

Please feel free to ask for any details I've forgotten.

Thanks in advance!
