You can with Sending and Receiving HTTP Requests, but with limitations! Note, TestComplete is a UI automation tool used to create and run automated tests for desktop, web, and mobile applications.

      I only use TestComplete for UI Testing, and not security testing. Code examples are provided within the documentation.
