Add bug to JIRA configuration window does not proceed to next step

Hi,

I'm trying to add a bug to JIRA. When I try to configure JIRA using the provided window (see attached screenshot) it doesn't proceed to next page or gives any error. IT just says 'Authorizing... ' , but nothing happens.

Appreciate if someone could help me with this. Thank you.
