Active License diminished by 1 after installing multiple Smartbear products

Could you provide troubleshootnig info? We have 4 user license for TestComplete and have been able to confrim that 4 users were able to use 4 before. Just recently purchased a 1-user...

The situation you are describing is weird. The LoadUIWeb license shouldn't affect the TestComplete license.


Could you please contact our TestComplete Support team to investigate this?


 


Please answer the following question in your message: do you use one License Manager PC to keep the license for TestComplete and LoadUIWeb?


 


Also, please make a screenshot with the licensing settings and send it to the Support Team. Here are the steps to make the screenshot:


  - launch LoadWebUI;


  - go to the License Manager PC where the LoadUIWeb license is activated;


  - open this page and make a screenshot of it.
