SoapUI 5.7 suddenly not opening in Windows 10

SoapUI 5.7 has been running on Windows 10 enterprise without issue; today will not open - gets stuck at splash screen.

Restarted laptop - same issue

Uninstalled and re-installed - same issue

Downloaded fresh exe from website and reinstalled - same issue.

Please Help!

    I'm having the same issue, have to uninstall and reinstall every day.  It only started happening last week:  

     

    Reading the dump file I'm seeing these errors:

    ERROR_CODE: (NTSTATUS) 0x80000003 - {EXCEPTION}  Breakpoint  A breakpoint has been reached.

    FAILURE_BUCKET_ID:  BREAKPOINT_80000003_SoapUI-5.7.0.exe!Unknown

      I am having the same issue. It suddenly stopped working this morning .

      Opens the splash screen and then it stays there forever.

       

      Any luck resolving the issue? Is it antivirus software/ updates that is causing the issue?

       

      Kindly share any further details you may have.

    I am still having the same issue here where SoapUI opens the splash screen and it stays like that.  I have to uninstall/reinstall then restart computer and only then will it work.  I have seen the comment on another thread where security permission where change however I am not permitted to do that in my organisation.  Is there a feasible fix for this issue?
