WSDL not recognized for SAP web service

Hi,

I am trying to test an SAP Enterprise/Web Service in SOAP UI. When I try to import the WSDL (either URL or the XML file), it is not recognized. Do I need to put the SAP Application Server / user / password details?

The WSDL URL link is: http://sapwin1.lssbanking.com:8000/sap/bc/srt/wsdl/sdef_BUSINESSPARTNERDATAMANAGEMENTQ/wsdl11/ws_policy/document?sap-client=220

I can test this service just fine within SAP Enterprise Service Builder (SPROXY). Any suggestions?
