As far as I remember, it's impossible to generate any report at a Test Step level. You can generate reports at the Test Case, Test Suite and Project levels right now. I suggest that you request this feature in our Community here:

Other Community members will vote for it - this will increase the feature request's rating. Our Product Owner will consider implementing it in one of the future product versions.
TanyaYatskovska yep got it. Sorry, actually my question was how can I get the junit reports for each datasource row. Because each datasource row execution is a test case execution. And I want the junit reports for each datasource row as a test case. Here is another post for that.
I saw a similar post also but didn't find the solution. Thanks for your reply in advance.
