Updating Perforce changelist numbers?

Currently when we upload reviews they are attached with a Perforce change number.  After a review is completed and the change submitted, Perforce sometimes gives a different change number (basically renames the changelist).  Does Code Collab recognize this and update the review so we actually get the real change number that was reviewed - is there such a mechanism in place that does that?   Hope I'm explaining this right.
