Cant finish review job

I'm trying to create a review Job with tortoisehg but when I hit finish after selecting the existing review I got an error message saying that:

Could not finish review Job

Reason:

Error parsing diff input:Unrecognized or empty diffs,

I attatch the log

The only different thing I'm doing is to update some .docx files around 4mb total.
