eclipse plugin for Code Collaborator installed, but not displayed in perspective / preferences view

I have installed eclipse plugin for Code Collaborator v8.4.8405.001 (Eclipse Indigo & Java version is JavaSE-1.7). It has successfully installed the plug-in & I can see the plugin in features & plug-in windows, but the plug-in is not displayed in Perspective view or preferences. Tried below options 1) Installed eclipse in administrator mode. 2) Restarted eclipse & restarted PC. 3) Errors not displayed in log file. 4) Tried installing with both JavaSE-1.6 & JavaSE-1.7
