Azure DevOps Git Integration, no link review and reviews created

We have been integrating Azure DevOps Git Repository with Collaborator. We were able to configure the Remote System for Azure Devops Git under Repository Hosting Services. We were able to "Update Webhook", Test Connection is successful. However when we try to request a Pull Request from Azure DevOps there is no comment link review being produced and checking Collaborator Server- no reviews generated. Upon checking the Azure Git Settings for the Azure Devops Git repository the status of the Webhook is now " Inactive". Before the status upon clicking update webhook status is Up and Running. Help would be appreciated. Thank you
