I know this, but if I run profiling from command line, the AQTime close after the profiling.

I want to read informations from an other application without AQTime. Is this possible?

So, the question you actually want to ask is "How do I get AQtime profiling results from my application?". This cannot be done via command line, but you can achieve this via COM (see the Working With AQtime via COM help topic for more information). You can work with profiling results via the IntegrationManager object (see the Methods and Properties of the IntegrationManager Object help topic for more information).
