TestedApp is project specific.
Alternative, create a project suite variable, which has the full path of your application. Within each of your project, create a function to call your application - see my previous response.

I've been looking at this, and I can't seem to get it to work when using "import functions"
I think TestedApps could be project specific.

Hi,
sorry for late reply.
I have new questions. Is it possible to share same TestedApp in the same project suite?

Hello,
I wanted to do exactly the same thing and had trouble opening my solutions.
It seems that TestedApps (which uses UIDs) is specific to projects and not to solutions.
So I had to go back and get my solutions working again... - rraghvaniChampion Level 3
Alternative option is to use Running PowerShell Scripts From TestComplete. For example,
WshShell.Run("C:\Windows\System32\notepad.exe")
will launch Notepad. You can create a function and pass in a parameter, which would be the full path of your executable file.
