Requirements and Test Sets Intermittently not Visible
Hi everyone. My team and I have been experiencing a strange issue with QAComplete for a couple months and we are not sure why/how to resolve it. It seems like a security/access issue or something with filtering that is affecting both Requirements and Test Sets. For some reason, intermittently the Test Sets and Requirements are no longer visible in the application. It takes some flipping through screens and sometimes logging out/back in to fix it. We haven't found one way to fix this issue yet and we haven't always been able to fix it. One workaround that usually works is to find a test case that you know is linked to a test set and/or requirement you are looking for, then click into it through there. This is obviously not ideal. I haven't been able to figure this out intuitively through looking at menus, items that are checked, or Releases/Folders that are selected. This really hinders our productivity because we can't run our test sets or link requirements when they aren't showing up and it requires troubleshooting to figure out the problem. Has anyone else been experiencing this? Thanks!Solved3.3KViews0likes4CommentsSoapUI API - Create Requirements Through Groovy Error
After my previous thread with SoapUI requirements I've moved on to trying to add them to the project programmatically. There is only one method available in Class WsdlProjectRequirementsfor adding a requirement. It accepts a String for the ID and a Test Case object (com.eviware.soapui.impl.wsdl.testcase.WsdlTestCasetestCase). However, I'm not sure what it is actually wanting as whenever I try to send in a Test Case object (I'm using Pro so this is obviously a Test Case Pro object) I get an exception, see attached. How can I send it a WsdlTestCase when I'm using SoapUI Pro? Or is there another way to go about this besides importing a file of requirements?1.3KViews0likes1CommentAbility to 'Search and Map' to improve usability while mapping test cases and Requirement
Currently, when the User Maps the Requirement to Testcase and Testcase to requirement there is no search and map of the entity. So the user has to go to each and every folder and then map the Testcase or requirement on the pop-up to map test cases or map requirements, give the user the ability to either browse through the directory structure or search. Hello, Every time I have moved a task with subtasks (and sub-subtasks, etc) from one plan to another (I use the fast edit function), all the tasks show up in the new plan at the same level and I have to re indent them all. https://creditcardsupportx.com https://creditcardsupportx.com/target-red-credit-card https://creditcardsupportx.com/baby-r-us-credit-card thanks jackyjoy908Views0likes0CommentsTest Runs by Requirement - measuring test coverage
Hello, I'd like to measure the test coverage (%) for individual releases and requirements. I have created the following relations: Release - Requirement Requirement - Test Requirement - Test Set Release - Test Set Eventually, it occurred that filtering in this dashboard doesn't work as expected. Actually it shows all executed runs, Release is not respected. Screen 1: Dashboard: Release filter applied. Screen 2: For a checkI linked only 1 test. Here is the run history of this test. Indeed, in total it was executed 7 times but against this particular Release (TEST-3.2.8) only 1 time. Assuming that this Dashboard chart (Test Runs by Requirement) will provide correct information. I can see absolute numbers only. Is there any Report behind it, I could export as Excel and easy pivot, so to calculate % coverage? Also linking all Tests to Requirements is quite cumbersome. I checked it and it's mandatory to link all Tests. Initially I thought that linking Tests Sets only will suffice. Unfortunately not. It would be a good feature I suppose, since we already have a relation between a Test and a Test Set. How do you measure test coverage, using QA Complete? Thank you very much!670Views0likes0CommentsCorrect error that shows incorrect path to requirement
Users that need to edit/remove requirement needs to find the requirement in the folder structure. When looking at the path shown in the search view, the paths do not exist in the folder view. If the folder structure is complex it takes a lot of time to go through them folder by folder to find the requirement. OLD ID:- ZENT-I-394ZQL - Search for unmapped requirements
As a user, I need the ability to search for requirements or test cases that are un-mapped within Zephyr projects and releases. - Add the ability to search both test cases and requirements for mapped or unmapped (true/false) - Make this available to search across projects and rereleasesJQL and ZQL search ability for test case coverage on requirements
1) JQL ability of issues in Jira that have a Zephyr Enterprise test case mapped to it. This would involve the Jira Integration: Zephyr Enterprise plugin enhancement to not just show the test cases in a panel on the issue view screen, but allow a JQL search on whether there are test cases or not. 2) ZQL or some other reporting, search mechanism in Zephyr Enterprise to search for the requirements that have test case coverage or don't have test case coverage. The team, which is using ZETM extensively for the Northrim Program and other projects, is requesting a 3rd field to use for organizing Requirements that sync from Jira. Currently, in the Jira Sync Config form, there is a top-level folder name, then Field 1 and Field 2 options for organizing. They would like a Field 3 to give another layer of folders.
