Import/export from one JIRA project to another one (XML): Attachments links aren't exported
When I export JIRA Zephyr Scale test cases from one JIRA project to another one via XML file manually, attachments (files) aren't exported via XML file(neither added for particular step or added to Attachments tab). At the same time, if test case included images added to text fields (steps, etc.), they are exported as S3 links and displayed after importing to another project. Can it be improved? Thank you in advance!338Views7likes1Comment[Inside Zephyr] Future of Test Management from the Zephyr Scale Sr Engineering Manager

No JQL, really?
Question for the community. Please moderators, don't answer or close. Am I the only person who thinks it's an absurd not to have JQL on Zephyr Scale Cloud? The standard response is that "it is on the backlog". But WHERE in the backlog is it? What priority, what can be done to change the priority? Does this question has to receive kudos? A big client to withdraw? There's no reason for it not to be available on cloud! When is it planned for, please? meta:jql zephyr scale cloud community feedback backlog test case search issue filter549Views2likes1CommentLinkable directory with its content
Hello everyone, It's been several years of this feature being absent and I just don't understand why as it brings such a big inconvenience to users, especially when you need to share a bulk of test cases with other colleagues. Situation: GIVEN a user of some 2+ development team WHEN the user wants to share some bulk of specific test cases in a particular top- or sub-directory in order to show new OR updated multiple test cases for existing OR new functionality with other team members THEN the user can simply open or select the desired directory in the drop-down OR with the help of the clipboard icon, and copy a static link to this folder/directory which will bring other users who received this link to this specificfolder/directory with the list of test cases inside in order to quickly see updated or save it to JIRA tasks as a reference to the location of test cases that require the update or other work on it. Current result: Currently, there is no such function. When trying to copy the browser URL and open it on another machine as another JIRA user I get brought to the general "All test cases" page. When I copy and open this URL within my JIRA user / Browser it opens the desired directory but unfortunately, it is useless. Can we do something here? We've been your customers for years and already requested this feature in the past but no progress was made toward this request. I hope we canstill receive it and I'm requesting it for the last time as it hasalready become vital for us to have this feature for upcoming workflow, otherwise, we will not be able to use it anymore. Thanks!451Views1like2CommentsZephyr Jira Pricing Inquiry
There are 42 people in the entire team who have joined JIRA, and there are 4 people in the project in the team (QA Team) that wants to use Zephyr. So if you pay in the current situation, is it standard for 4 people?? Or is it paid to 42 people?? Only 4 people use Zephyr. I wonder if payment is made for each project that wants to use Zephyr.427Views1like2CommentsUsing the Rest API, how to get the testcases for a test cycle
I'm trying to integrate some homegrown automation tooling into zephyr. I'd like to be able to update all of the testcases of a test cycle. In this manner I could create an execution record for each test case in the test cycle. Is this the right way to do that? API Docs that I am using:https://support.smartbear.com/zephyr-scale-cloud/api-docs/#tag/Test-Executions It seems that the API requires a testcase on theCreate test execution API. But I'd like to have the option for the caller to just indicate that the testCycle passed without having to have them iterate over each testcase. thanks, jon588Views1like1CommentAPI Not Fully Inclusive
Some aspects of Zephyr Scale are not accessible via the API. For example, the attachments section of Zephyr Scale are not accessible with the current Zephyr Scale API. I see an old linkapp.tm4j.smartbear.com/backend/rest/tests/2.0/testcase/, that looks like it uses the old API. If so, where can I find documentation for that API, or is it possible to expand the scope of the new API to allow functions like accessing attachments?455Views1like0Comments
