Custom Plugin not running in jenkins even I added it in ext folder
Hi all, The scenario is the following: 1. I created a plugin that does lots of things, but one of them is to allow me to create a new test step type for loading big XML files for uploads through soap interfaces 2. When I place the plugin into the .soapuios locally, Plugin Manager shows it loads the plugin and I see the test step type created in the soap ui UI 3. When I put the plugin in the ext folder and start the jenkins job, it shows that it loads the jar into the env classpath, but Plugin Manager loads 0 plugins. 4. Also, it states that ERROR to create the new test step type Is there another way which soapui can get the plugins correctly excepts the .soapuios folder? Maybe soapui-settings? br, Claudiu Adam329Views0likes0Comments- 781Views0likes0Comments
removing Incoming Wss and Outgoing Wss fromsoapui project
Dear all, I am trying to prepare a cleanup script for one of my projects, and I am at the step where I clean all the incoming, outgoing and keystores with the following code: // dependencies for setting the certs and users profiles import com.eviware.soapui.SoapUI; import com.eviware.soapui.config.TestStepConfig; import com.eviware.soapui.impl.wsdl.WsdlProject; import com.eviware.soapui.impl.wsdl.WsdlProjectFactory; import com.eviware.soapui.impl.wsdl.WsdlTestSuite; import com.eviware.soapui.impl.wsdl.support.wss.DefaultWssContainer; import com.eviware.soapui.impl.wsdl.support.wss.IncomingWss; import com.eviware.soapui.impl.wsdl.support.wss.OutgoingWss; import com.eviware.soapui.impl.wsdl.support.wss.crypto.CryptoType; import com.eviware.soapui.impl.wsdl.support.wss.crypto.KeyMaterialWssCrypto; import com.eviware.soapui.impl.wsdl.support.wss.entries.SignatureEntry; import com.eviware.soapui.impl.wsdl.support.wss.entries.TimestampEntry; import com.eviware.soapui.impl.wsdl.testcase.WsdlTestCase; import com.eviware.soapui.impl.wsdl.teststeps.*; import com.eviware.soapui.impl.wsdl.teststeps.registry.WsdlTestStepRegistry; import com.eviware.soapui.model.settings.Settings; import com.eviware.soapui.model.testsuite.TestStep; import com.eviware.soapui.settings.HttpSettings; import com.eviware.soapui.support.types.StringToStringMap; // dependency for setting the global ssl cert import com.eviware.soapui.settings.SSLSettings def cryptoList = testRunner.testCase.testSuite.project.wssContainer.getCryptoList() def incomingWssNo = testRunner.testCase.testSuite.project.wssContainer.getIncomingWssCount() def outgoingWssNo = testRunner.testCase.testSuite.project.wssContainer.getOutgoingWssCount() cryptoList.each { crypto -> log.info "Crypto label removed-->${crypto.getLabel()}" testRunner.testCase.testSuite.project.wssContainer.removeCrypto(crypto) }; log.info incomingWssNo if(incomingWssNo > 0) for(int i in 0..incomingWssNo) { testRunner.testCase.testSuite.project.wssContainer.removeIncomingWssAt(i) } log.info outgoingWssNo if(outgoingWssNo > 0) for(int i in 0..outgoingWssNo) { testRunner.testCase.testSuite.project.wssContainer.removeOutgoingWssAt(i) } Even this is working, is not working properly.. for example, I got lots of out of bound index errors, if I run multiple times, all the entries will be cleaned.. I want to remove everything by a single run.. can anyone spot the issue? really appreciated, cadam838Views0likes4CommentsRe: Alert message when loading in SOAP UI 5.6 projects created on 5.5 or ReadyAPI
I don't think there is a nice solution to this problem. What you say makes sense in some cases, but not when the project was created in ReadyAPI for example like we have..also in other soapui versions.. Being about the creation moment, this would not be changed by loading the project in another tool.. will not override the data. I figured it out that, in case we load the workspace with projects in the closed state, the warning messages will not be shown anymore. So this could be a workaround.655Views0likes0CommentsAlert message when loading in SOAP UI 5.6 projects created on 5.5 or ReadyAPI
Hi, Is there any way to disable or if we can identify the attributes from xml project file which triggers the detection of xml project files created with older versions of soap ui? Use case 1. I create a projectin soapui 5.5 2. Migrate to 5.6.. when loading the project in 5.6, I get the alert saying that is on risk because some things may not work Br, Claudiu ADAM715Views0likes2CommentsReady!API 1.2.2 Issues with loading partial XML soap request in SOAPUI NG
Context: migration of test cases from SoapUI Open Source to Ready!API 1.2.2 - SoapUI NG What we need to do: the request xml files are huge, but we need only a few fields from there, so we can specify only those fields without loading the entire xml file (if we use the xml tab). The issue is that in the Form is impossible to see the fields if the full xml file is not loaded.. we get the issue: "Do you want to recreate a default message from the schema?" Can you indicate me how can I solve this issue? Hi. We have issues in running our test projects by using TC 10.5 on Windows 8.1 and Java 8U25 with FF 31.5 ESR. Running the tests individually works fine. The problem occurs when I want to run a list of test cases. We use a VM with the following configuration: 4.00 GB RAM, processor: INtel Xeon E5-2665 2.40GHz, 64-bit OS. TestComplete simply freezes and the only way to restart it is to force close the testcomplete process from Process Window. I did not saw any other post on the forum regarding this issue for this configuration. This worked on TC9, Java 7U40, IE 10. What would be the problem? Thank you!765Views0likes1CommentRe: JVM is crashing when running a test with TC10.5 which worked with TC9
Hi Tanya. 1. I am using JRE 7 U40 2. I have installed both TC9 and TC10.5 on the same phisical machine 3. The jvm crash occurs when I launch the jnlp (so when executing the test). Let me know if you have any idea about possile causes. Thank you, Claudiu Adam1.4KViews0likes0CommentsJVM is crashing when running a test with TC10.5 which worked with TC9
Hello. We migrated to TC 10.5. We have a lot of test cases which are working with TC 9, but when we run with TC 10.5, in some cases the JVM is crashing like the attached pict 1. My questions are: 1. do I need to install JRE 8 maybe, in order to make the test cases work fine with TC10.5? 2. if I install JRE 8, if I want to run the test cases with TC 9, will still work?
