changing dropdown menu field for every testing
Hi Guys, what I want the system to do: I will check a field, it is a dropdown menu, and if this field is for example A, I should select another option for example B for this field from the dropdown list. Or if this field is B I should change it to A so how can I do it with scripting? Do you have an idea? I could have not found the correct codes for this:( For example in one test the field contains A and you should change it to B, than for the next time the field is B and you should change it to A.about month name differences
Hi Guys, I have a problem with the dates again. My computer language is Deutsch and my testing area is English. So I want to select for example a day in december but the test complete try to find the dezember instead of december, so how can I convert the month dates by using scripts?check points for changeable values

During my testing I want to check the date which is always changing from day to day or the name of my document which is also changing according to the date. Hi everybody, I need your help. One of my test contains to check a training record. Let me tell you the process: Actually I am working on web testing but at one point you should click a link but this link is not a web page link, it is .pdf document link. So a new page opens with a new tab. What I want to do, I want to check the certificate if the name of the trainer or name of the training is correct. But the system can not recognise the page which contains a pdf document and I try to put some property check points for checking the certificate, I can create but than when I start to automate test, and you can see the system message in the screenshot attached.The web page is not accessible
One another question is, when I start my web testing, step that after I clicked the link and pdf document page opens. At that point a warning message appears: "The web page is not accessible. Firefox security settings prevent testcomplete from accesing the web page." Is there any connection between this message and that the test complete can not check the property checks in the pdf document?? **But I've already check all the configuration in Firefox which the test complete need.Re: Unable to find the object Sys.Browser("*")
Henry1I've tried it with Firefox version 114, it is still not working, but this time the error message was "the firefox version is not supported" so I 've turned back to v 102.0.1. this is so old, do you have any idea about this issue? I need to use newer version of firefox 😞 Really crazy, there is no patches for the v114 as well512Views0likes0Comments
