Check your name mappings, most likely the URL has changed.

No change in the URL, I am doubtful of any configuration changes within the test complete.  Please do let me know if any

 

thing to note here - The first view starts with Aliases.browser.<pagename> whereas the second one NameMapping.Sys. browser.<pagename>

 

I feel some changes on object browser or aliases mapping settings

When recording keyword tests, you need to ensure your name mappings are correctly defined for your UI objects, otherwise TC will create duplicates.
