The letter size in project workspace significantly increase after I am working with TestComplete UI for a while. I have to restart GUI in order to return back to normal size. Any way for me to avoid it?
This happens if you're changing the text scaling in your windows environment. Avoid doing that and you won't have that problem.

I am working on dual monitor system and the resolution is different on primary and secondary monitor. I have to adjust the resolution on the primary monitor in order to keep the same letter sizes when I switch from native to secondary.
That's what's causing your issue... shifting font sizes, TestComplete needs to adjust it's font sizes.
