how to avoid unit reference error when reference is not called in the project

Question

i have a project with below framework files

1.Driver 2. GenError 3.GlobalVariables 4.GenLogLib 5. GenerateHtmLReport and

we have different projects Examples; Project 1 to Project 10 . I want to use this framework files across all the projects like framework files project1, is in one project

framework files project2, is in another project ...... If i do change in one of the framework file it should reflect in all other projects. But when i am trying to do this i am getting reference error.
