Window 10 IE getting window inactive or Cannot Activate the items

After updated to Windows 10 i am running to this issue in the middle of the script.  I am getting the error

"Cannot activate xxx  item" or "The window is invisible and thus cannot be activated".  I try other machine with window 7 and it working.

I also trying this and it not working.  If anyone have any solution please let me know
