Unable to launch TestComplete

Hi,

 

I get the error below when launching TestComplete even if my SmartBear ID is already logged in on the license manager site. 
"You have not specified your SmartBear ID"

 

Do you have any thoughts or work around? Thanks.

I had the same issue and I installed the new version 15.48.1, and it fixed mine
