      From within TestComplete - the obvious first step that should work when you are trialing software for the first time.

       

      Nope, not gonna try any other way - looks like TestComplete is broken/too hard to setup and use for iOS Testing.  At this stage we'll look to other alternatives - even using Apple Instruments at least works.

        Generally, instrumenting iOS applications should work fine. The fact that you faced this error may mean that TestComplete can conflict with your environment or the IDE you used to build the app. Anyway, I cannot tell anything for sure right now as this question requires investigation. I see that you’ve submitted a support case – please continue working with our Customer Care Team to resolve this issue. We will be waiting for the results from you.
