Unable to install TestComplete

When I'm trying to install TestComplete, I am getting the following error:

 

Operation:
Removing "C:\Program Files (x86)\SmartBear\TestComplete 14\x64\Bin\Extensions
\tcThirdPartyControls.pls"

failed with error:
Reached end of file.

 

Can anyone please help me resolve this issue ?

    Hi,

     

    You may also try to download installer one more time to ensure that it was not corrupted.

      Yes, I tried both the operations. I had nothing but the installer opened and I even checked that box and even after reboot, I still had this issue.
