xx.tcKDTest is holding data of a single keyword test. Somehow you missed to copy the xx.tcKDTest file.
Try to find the file in your system and place that inside your project folder inside keyword test

Yes Either you've missed out the file or the file name has been changed .

it may be occur in following reasons,
1)while adding keyword ..you will open keyword from the different location
2)you will copy same project suite to different machine,trying to open that,you will face that "Keyword doesn't exist".

First.Don't Access Keyword from Different location.
Copy the Keyword from the any Path and Paste it to your own Project suite->Project->KeywordTest
Add Keyword from your own Project Suite Path.
