Testcomplete issue when the app has error

We are seeing that Testcomplete behave in different manner . When the app has error - and the user open it manually then it display the error "sever not found"

 

When the testcomplete launch the same application then it display the empty page .

 

I have attached the screenshots

When the app has error and the user tried to launch the app manually.

When the app has error and the testcomplete launched the app.

How we can vaidate such empty page ? As you can see browser title show the URL of the app. ?

How we can validate such scenario through TestComplete ?
