I want to generate a test summary dashboard which contains the complete project suite result with proper test item count. currently the project dash board is showing the count wrongly(Including folder, as a part of test item ).

I would like to post the total no. of test cases and the errors and failures in a dashboard. As of now, test complete report will show the report including the folders of the test items as well. Hence the count is not matching.
If you want something other than what is in the standard TestComplete log/reporting, then you will have to create your own report. The link I posted above is a place for you to start learning about that.
