TestComplete 9 installation in Windows XP

I'm trying to install TestComplete 9 in WindowsXP Professional SP3 32 bit. But everytime im getting below error at the Publishing Product information part of the installation. Below is the error encountered:

Can you please tell me what i need to do to be able to install test complete 9 successfully?

    Hello Kristine,


    The error indicates that there may be a problem with your .NET Framework 2's installation. Try repairing or reinstalling .NET Framework and check whether the error persists.
