It might be better to know what it is you're actually doing. What code are you executing? What features of TestComplete are you attempting to use when you get the error? There is a DMP file that is created with that error message that, if you select the proper check box, it will send the result to support and they can help figure out what's going on.

Why automate? I do automated testing because there's only so much a human being can do and remain healthy. Sleep is a requirement. So, while people sleep, automation that I create does what I've described above in order to make sure that nothing gets past the final defense of the testing group.
