TestComplete 14.61.294 install fails on Windows 7
Hello,
we are getting a "Fatal error data is corrupted" install error on all our machines (windows 7 and 10) when we try and install 14.61.294.
Is anyone getting the same?
If you have successfully installed this version on Windows 7 or 10 could you also let me know?

I have the same problem, during install fails, but it is possible to run it.
There is a huge problem, is not possible to run test or run routines.
Anyone expirencied, please give us a solution.

Thanks for your reply. We are seeing a different problem here as the install doesn't even start and so it hasn't touched the existing installation. This still works fine.
Try running the install file for the previous version (maybe still in your download folder?).

1) Always always always make a backup of your whole TestComplete folder before you upgrade. This keeps you from getting stuck if you can't get through the upgrade for any reason.

Also, try to download installer one more time - the error message sounds like a file broken during download.

Thanks for the suggestion but I have downloaded it from 3 different sources and the SHA256 CRC is correct on all of the files.
This problem has been replicated across Windows 7 and 10 and 4 separate machines.
I have a support call open on this.
Maybe it is caused by our anitvirus?

Yes, TC 14.61.294 installed without any problem on my Win 10 Home 64-bit box (version 1909, build 18363.1082).
