TestComplete 11 no longer can find objects in my dynamic menus.

We have dynamic menus on our website meaning you have to hover the mouse over an item for a sub-menu to appear.  In the past, I wrote a function which would refresh the mapping info and then find the sub menu item.  However, starting with Test Complete 11, these sub menus are impossible to find.  I've tried all sorts of Waits, Finds, Refreshes, etc. and nothing seems to find the sub-menu items any more.  I'm just using Internet Explorer too.  Anyone else have this issue?
