Test PC not restarting with RebootAndContinue methods in TC 14.50 Ver

Hello All,

We are using TestComplete 14.50 with Floating License. We have few test cases where we need to restart the PC before execution.

We are using RebootAndContinue method for restarting the PC with all parameter details updated as required. But in few executions the PC is re-starting but black screen is displayed with mouse pointer and execution is not proceeding. We are doing manual re-start again to continue the execution and in some cases the manual re-start is also not working.

Please provide inputs and suggestion for above issue. Thanks

Hello ,

The below registry key was not available in the PC where we were facing the issue. After creating the registry key , PC restart is working fine without any issues.

HKEY_USERS\{USER_SID}\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunOnce

Whether the registry key RunOnce is related to Windows OS ?. Please let me know.
