    Hello ,

    The below registry key was not available in the PC where we were facing the issue. After creating the registry key , PC restart is working fine without any issues.

    HKEY_USERS\{USER_SID}\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunOnce

     

    Whether the registry key RunOnce is related to Windows OS ?. Please let me know.

Hello ,

The below registry key was not available in the PC where we were facing the issue. After creating the registry key , PC restart is working fine without any issues.

Whether the registry key RunOnce is related to Windows OS ?. Please let me know.
