Test Log tool bars ettings

Screenshot 1 and screenshot 2 are the different Tetst Complete tool bar settings 

I need to set it up as in screenshot 2. The bottom portion is missing.

At the top, there's a drop down control that says "Select Panel".  Select that  and pick which panels you want.

You can also go to View -> Desktop -> Restore Default Docking.  That should bring those panels back as well.

I don't understand what you are trying to point out with these screenshots.  Did it work?  didn't it work?  What happened?

I forgot to type that it did not work. Restore Default settings and also Select panel did not bring the tool bar to the bottom as in screenshot 2.

OK... so... I'm looking at the screenshot 1 again from your OP...

There's a vertical scroll bar down the right side of your screenshot indicating that tehre's more to be viewed on the screen.  The panels, I'll bet, are there... just not immeditaely visible because of screen resolution in the window you have.  Try scrolling down...

I will try to login to a laptop and see if I can find the scroll bar tonight after going home.

This resolution does not allow me to see the "vertical scroll bar down the right side of your screenshot indicating that tehre's more to be viewed on the screen."

It's in all your screenshots you sent... a scroll bar down the right side.  The problem is then not in TestComplete but in how you're viewing the tool via an RDP connection or Citrix served application or something.

I tried on the laptop with a smaller screen and was able to see vertical bar but the panels were not there.

I had a session witha smartbear engineer to support another issue that I had. He showed me how to get the tool bar back in the lower part of the screen.

Grab the DETAILS tab and do not drop it. Bring it to lower middle of the screen and you will see an arrow. Click on the arrow with the dragged Detail tab.
