Test Execute funcionality and licensing

Hi everyone, I would need to understand if Test Execute replaces Cross Browser Testing and Bitbar functionality. 
I can't see the difference between licensing one or the other of these solutions. 
In the same way, I´m going to license TestCompete Pro (perpetual) and Test Execute is included in the offer, but I don´t know if its license will be annual or perpetual too.
I wrote to sales email adress in order to get more info about my questions, but still no answering me.

TestExecute is just TestComplete run from the command line.

It's not the same as CrossBrowser or BitBar.
