Test Complete : Type Mismatch (Execution plan Problem)

I'm Having an weird issue.

I recently upgraded to version Version: 15.41.9.7 x64
My normal test execution plan would run perfectly. but now quite a few of my test cases fails with a "type mismatch" exception.

Here is the kicker...

When I Isolate that test case, and run it in a new test execution plan. It runs perfectly fine and passes...

Any Idea what might cause it to fail in the old test execution plan but not with a new one?
Were there any changes made to the test execution plan?
