Smart Community New Message posting fields were not showing up
Hi, I am posting this question on behalf of my colleague.
He was unable to post a new message from here (SmartBear Community) due to the fields (subject, select location & body) were not shown after clicking the post new message button link. Please refer attachment.
He has tried with IE11, Edge as well as Chrome but none of them worked.
Kindly advise.
