Smart Community New Message posting fields were not showing up

Hi, I am posting this question on behalf of my colleague.   He was unable to post a new message from here (SmartBear Community) due to the fields (subject, select location & body) were not shown ...

    Hi jaschong,

     

    You need to verify the email address you used for the registration in the Community. You should get a confirmation email - please click the verification link.

     

    I hope to see your participation in the community soon.
