From that error message that you posted, it's not a memory problem with TestComplete, it's a clipboard problem.
Tell us what you are using the clipboard for and we can try to help. It looks like you are copying items out of the Excel spreadsheet? I can guess what's going on here but it would be better if you could give us some details. What is going on in your test that uses the Excel sheet?
