Problem with stop/start panel overlapping

Hello. I am fairly new to TC, as well as automated testing to begin with, just a disclaimer. I am using trial-version of TC, and my problem is that I can not reach control elements under the panel...

    Note that in the release of 12.40 available, there is a problem with the Indicator.Hide method.  Support has a patch available.  You can request the patch from support directly.
