Testcompete is unable to spy on pop up alerts in latest version of chrome v99. I am using Testcomplete 15.31 version and also existing scripts are not working wherever we have implemented pop up alerts.

I would try installing the patch again, just in case it had a problem the first time.
Otherwise I would report it to Support directly if that doesnt solve your issue
