Object Spy fails to recognize the popup of the following UWP controls

When running on Windows 10 Build 18363, Object Spy fails to recognize the popup of the following UWP controls: ComboBox, MenuFlyout, AutoSuggestBox. It shows error saying "The window 'PopupHost' is invisible and thus cannot be activated."

But, there is no such issue when running on Windows 10 Build 17134.

What can we do if we want to run auto test on Windows 10 Build 18363?
