Need to add Wait time before every click

I am having a keyword test  and my application needs to click on each and every tabs (around 20 tabs) presents in the page but while replaying the execution goes very faster also there could not follow the tab click.

 I cannot add delay manually for 20 times , is there any other way to add common wait time function so it can invoke before click ? or suggest me a good solution.
