You can't have more than one name mapping in a project. They would need to be in separate projects.
What are you trying to accomplish with multiple name mappings? We may be able to help you another way. For instance, if you have similar URLs or object names that you need to allow for, then you can use wildcards in your name mapping to make it more flexible.
