My colleague Shirin Akberali is not being allowed to start a new topic.
Clearly I'm able to enter an new topic, but Shirin does not get the fields needed to start one. See the below screen shot to see what she sees on the New Message page. Any idea's?

This may happen if Shirin didn't confirm the email address after creating the community account.
I've just sent an email with the confirmation link to Shirin one more time.
